Oxford

 Perhaps most famous for the world-class  university and dictionary the both take their name from the city, Oxford is a charming tourist destination located in the southern part of Great Britain.

 The ancient university which is the oldest in the English speaking world, dominates the vibe and feel of this old-worldly place, with its colleges dotted around the center of town. Affectionately called the city of dreaming spires because of the amazing architecture, it was used as the backdrop for much of Hogwarts in the Harry Potter films. The jaw dropping circular Bodleian Libraries and Christ Church College in particular are even better wonders to behold in the flesh.
